Are you concerned about the state of Alberta?
- Workers denied the right to strike or negotiate for safe conditions through the use of the notwithstanding clause
- The erosion of public healthcare (AHS assets moved to AB Infrastructure & proposed two-tier system)
- $500+ million per year of Public Funds being donated to Private Schools
- Children not receiving sufficient educational support or childcare
- Introduction of an Alberta Police Force and
- Threats upon the Canadian Pension Plan
“I was already seeing this as a necessity to save our education system but since the events of the last two weeks, it's to save our democracy. The propaganda that was just sent out by this Minister on his accomplishments is deceitful and self serving.”

Wondering Why You Should Recall Demetrios Nicolaides?
Watch below:
“Nicolaides denied my grandson an education because he has special needs... Special needs staff in his class do not exist. My grandson is not receiving the education and support he needs to meet his full potential. Nicolaides is not for the people; he is only in his position for power. Why does he use aggression and complexity in the same sentence?”
—Maggie
“I have engaged with my MLA on several occasions, primarily through email. Unfortunately, the responses I received appeared to be standardized boilerplate. This raises concerns about whether our MLA is effectively representing constituents’ interests or simply adhering to directives from party leadership. The passage of Bill 2 was particularly troubling, as it was expedited through the legislature without sufficient opportunity for public input, which I believe undermines the democratic process. Bill 2 was not necessary, but a strategic choice. This was a choice seemingly intended to avoid binding arbitration or honest negotiation with the ATA, apparently to stay within the current provincial budget constraints. Based on these actions, it appears that Mr. Nicolaides prioritizes party alignment over balanced representation of all constituents. That is why I support this recall campaign.”

name,
Do you remember those chainletters we did as kids? Recall Nicolaides supporters, like me, have been asked to start a chain “text”. I am sending this text to five friends inside Calgary-Bow, and you’re one of them!
Do you care about the future of Alberta? Do you want to keep your right to strike, negotiate, and to work, live, and learn in safe conditions? Our MLA, the Minister of Education, Demetrios Nicolaides, took away our rights in order to continue to fund our children at the lowest rate, while simultaneously funding private schools at the highest rate in the country. Text 587-417-2862 to have a mobile canvasser come to you or mark your calendar to sign the Recall Nicolaides petition with your neighbours! Pass this text to at least 5 others…. You and your friends can send a clear message that you stand for what’s right. The math: 100 canvassers, 500 friends, 2500 friends, 12500 friends, etc.
A simple CALL-TO-ACTION: If you believe in your rights, and a future for this province. Take the time to sign and send this text to anyone you know who lives in Calgary-Bow. This will make a difference for you and your future.
